Website privacy policy
Effective November 4, 2026. This policy covers firstatofsandiego.com. It explains what the website collects, why, and who it is shared with.
The short version
- We only collect what you type into our forms, plus the basic technical data every website receives.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Please do not send medical information through this website. Call us at (619) 220-7600 instead.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form or referral callback form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, organization (for referral partners), the reason you are reaching out, the best time to call, and your message. We use it only to respond to you and to coordinate the care or referral you asked about.
Our forms ask you not to include medical details, diagnoses, insurance numbers, or patient information. If you are a patient or family member, we will talk through health information with you by phone.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested, and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and fix problems. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run this website, and only so they can do that job:
- Formspree receives and delivers form submissions to our office.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on the site. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because this website does not track you across other websites or sell or share personal information, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off. We honor those signals by default.
Health information
This policy covers the website only. When you become a Firstat patient, the health information we create and receive in providing your care is protected by law, including the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act. To ask how we protect it, call (619) 220-7600.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us what information we have from you through this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (619) 220-7600 or write to us at the address below. We will verify your request and respond as required by California law. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
